A robust and full flavoured German style dark beer.
This kit requires either 1kg of brewing sugar or dextrose (not included) however for best results we recommend a can of Black Rock Light Malt Extract or Dark Malt Extract if you'd prefer the beer to be darker. We have had great results replacing the yeast with either Saflager S-23 or Saflager W34/70 and fermenting between 12 and 16C.
