This Pale Ale extract kit from Black Rock produces a lovely golden pale ale with moderate bitterness from the Nelson hops.
This kit requires either 1kg of brewing sugar or dextrose (not included) however for best results we recommend adding a can of
Black Rock Ultra Light Malt Extract or alternately
Light Malt Extract if you would prefer more body. This beer also benefits from using an after-market yeast and we highly recommend
Safale US-05.
