A grain bill fully comprised of New Zealand lager malt ensures a lovely pale colour for Black Rock's Crafted Wakatu Pilsener extract kit. Subtle bittering hops are added and the brew is finished with the timeless Wakatu hops from the Nelson area which contribute a citrus flavour and aroma to the beer.
We strongly recommend combining two cans of Black Rock Crafted Wakatu to make a full 23L batch.
