Inspired by the coal miners of the West Coast on New Zealand's South Island, Black Rock have brewed this Miners Stout extract kit to be as dark as a miners armpit with a rich roasty smoothness.
This kit requires either 1kg of brewing sugar or dextrose (not included) however for best results we recommend adding a can of
Black Rock Dark Malt Extract. This beer also benefits from using an after-market yeast and we highly recommend
Safale S-04.
