The brewers at Brewtec have blended high quality dark and light roasted malts, hops and yeast for this Classic Dark Ale extract kit and help you brew a full malt dark beer, with roasty flavour and a velvet finish.
This kit requires either 1kg of brewing sugar or dextrose (not included) however for best results we recommend adding a can of
Black Rock Dark Malt Extract for full body or
Black Rock Light Malt Extract if you'd prefer to thin it out a little. This beer also benefits from using an after-market yeast and we highly recommend
Safale S-04 or
US-05.
